Year Spin Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The TMS Year Spin (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TMS Sports Consulting LLC (“Sponsor”). Contact: trustmysystem@gmail.com. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Whop, Shopify, Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Drawing period
Each Year Spin is a separate drawing. Sponsor announces each drawing in the TMS Whop community. Entries for a drawing open when it is announced and close when Sponsor locks the entry list on the public draw page, which happens when all 20 included-entry spots sell or at the closing time stated in the announcement, whichever comes first.
4. How to enter
Free entry (no purchase): Email trustmysystem@gmail.com with the subject line “YEAR SPIN ENTRY” and include your full name and the email address you want entered. Your email must be received before entries close for that drawing. Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as entries received with a purchase.
Entry included with purchase: Each purchase of the “TMS+ 1 Week + Year Spin Entry” product at trustmysystem.com includes one entry into the current drawing. Up to 20 of these products are offered per drawing.
Limit: One entry per person and per email address per drawing, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries are removed before the entry list is locked. Automated or bulk entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per drawing receives twelve (12) consecutive months of TMS+ VIP membership on Whop. Approximate retail value: $2,599 (52 weeks at the current $49.99 weekly price). The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a winner already holds an active TMS+ membership, the prize is added as additional time. Sponsor provides sports analysis and opinions for entertainment and informational purposes only; no outcome is guaranteed.
6. How the winner is chosen
The winner is selected at random on Sponsor’s public draw page, live on screen. Before entries close, Sponsor posts a SHA-256 fingerprint of a secret random code (the “fairness lock”). When entries close, every eligible entry is posted to the draw page, numbered and with email addresses partly masked. At the spin, the secret code is revealed and the winning entry number is calculated from the secret code and the locked entry list. Anyone can confirm on the draw page that the revealed code matches the fairness lock and that the calculation picks the posted winner. The draw record is kept on the page permanently.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
8. Winner notification
The winner is announced on the draw page and in the TMS Whop community immediately after the spin, identified by entry number and masked email. Sponsor will contact the winner at the entered email address. The winner must reply within seven (7) days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected by the same method.
9. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9 where required by law.
10. General
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend a drawing if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may select a winner from eligible entries received before the problem. Purchases are subject to Sponsor’s Refund Policy and are not refunded because an entrant does not win. Entrant information is used only to run the Sweepstakes and fulfill purchases, as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
11. Winners list
Every past winner (by entry number and masked email) and each drawing’s proof are listed on the public draw page. You may also request the winner of a drawing by emailing trustmysystem@gmail.com within 60 days of that drawing.
